Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to read and use this site.

Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as a voluntary benchmark. This is a private website, so the public-sector accessibility regulations do not apply to it, but the Equality Act 2010 duty to make reasonable adjustments does, and we take it seriously.
What is in place
Semantic HTML with clear headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate the structure.
Fonts and assets served from our own domain, so pages load reliably without third-party dependencies.
Keyboard operability across the navigation and the interactive CDI self-assessment, including its level choices.
A restrained colour palette chosen for readable contrast on body text, responsive layouts, and text that reflows and zooms.
Meaning conveyed in text as well as visuals: the assessment's score profile is described in words, not by colour alone.
Known limitations
We are honest about where we fall short and are working to improve. Current known issues:
Downloadable PDFs (the papers and companion documents) may not be fully tagged for assistive technology; the key content is also available as HTML pages, and we can provide an accessible version on request.
Some diagrams and figures convey structure visually; we aim to describe them in the surrounding text and are reviewing each for a clear text alternative.
Reporting a problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content in a different format, please email jason@cognitivedelivery.co.uk. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will respond and make reasonable adjustments as quickly as we can.
We review this statement as the site changes; the date above shows when it was last updated.
